The old Poplar trees have been transformed into benches, chairs and totem poles in the Newport playground.
We have been lucky enough to have Allen Stichler come into our school, creating various animal carvings on the trunks of the old Poplar trees.He worked with the children putting their designs onto the benches and totem poles.
